民办高校大学生社交焦虑现状研究

• Abstract: The social problems of college students have always attracted much attention, and recently, the China Youth Daily conducted a social survey with college students across the country. The results showed that more than 80% of the college students interviewed thought they had slight social phobia, and the word “social phobia” was also popular all over the Internet. This paper mainly investigates the current social situation of private college students, and analyzes the influence of grade and gender on college students’ social situation. A survey was conducted among 99 private college students using the social avoidance and annoyance scale (SAD),and 30 of them were interviewed. The results of the survey show that the degree of social avoidance and distress of private college students is generally serious, and there are big problems; There is no significant difference in gender social avoidance and distress; there are significant differences in social avoidance and distress in grade. There are significant differences between freshmen and sophomores, sophomores and seniors. 大学生社交问题一直备受关注。近期，研究者面向全国大学生展开社交调查，结果显示百分之八十以上被采访的大学生都认为自己有轻度社恐，“社恐”一词在网络上广泛流行。本论文主要调查民办大学生社交现状，并分析年级与性别两因素对大学生社交情况的影响，本论文采用社交回避及苦恼量表（SAD）对99名民办高校大学生进行了调查，对30名民办大学生进行访谈。调查结果显示，民办大学生社交回避及苦恼程度总体较为严重，存在较大问题；性别层面，社交回避及苦恼差异不显著；年级层面，社交回避及苦恼差异显著，其中大一与大二、大二与大四之间存在显著差异。
