心理剧在中职学生心理健康教育中的应用现状与路径探析

  • Abstract: Against the backdrop of vocational education increasingly emphasizing its educational functions, mental health education for secondary vocational students has garnered widespread attention. As a group counseling approach centered on role-playing and scenario reenactment, psychodrama demonstrates unique advantages in promoting emotional expression and social adaptation. This paper systematically reviews the theoretical foundations of psychodrama and, based on the current realities of mental health education in secondary vocational schools, analyzes its application value in promoting mental well-being, regulating emotions, enhancing interpersonal skills, and developing vocational identity. It also explores the practical challenges encountered during implementation. The article further proposes pathways for improvement, including enhancing teacher professional competence, optimizing activity design, strengthening resource support, and establishing diversified evaluation mechanisms. The study concludes that, under conditions of scientific organization and standardized implementation, psychodrama—as an experiential psychological education method—holds significant practical value for promotion in vocational school mental health education. However, its effectiveness remains contingent upon scientific organization and standardized implementation. 在职业教育不断强化育人功能的背景下,中职学生心理健康教育逐渐受到广泛关注。作为一种以角色体验和情境再现为核心的团体辅导形式,心理剧在促进情绪表达与社会适应方面展现出独特优势。本文在系统梳理心理剧相关理论基础的基础上,结合当前中职学校心理健康教育实际,分析心理剧在心理健康促进、情绪调适、人际能力提升及职业认同发展中的应用价值,并探讨其在实施过程中面临的现实困境。文章进一步提出提升教师专业能力、优化活动设计、完善资源保障及建立多元评估机制等路径建议。研究认为,在科学组织与规范实施的前提下,心理剧作为体验式心理教育方式,在中职心理健康教育中具有较强的实践推广价值,但其效果实现仍依赖于科学组织与规范实施。
