小学生亲子关系对心理韧性的影响:自尊的中介作用

  • Abstract: To explore the influencing factors of primary school students’ psychological resilience and its mechanism of action, and to examine the mediating role of self-esteem, this study surveyed 362 primary school students in Guangdong Province using the Parent-Child Intimacy Scale, the Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale, and the Self-Esteem Scale. The results showed that: there were significant positive correlations among parent-child relationship, self-esteem, and psychological resilience; the parent-child relationship could positively predict primary school students’ psychological resilience; and self-esteem played a mediating role in the effect of parent-child relationship on psychological resilience. A close parent-child relationship and high level of self-esteem can enhance primary school students’ psychological resilience, and the parent-child relationship can also improve their psychological resilience by influencing their selfesteem. 为探究小学生心理韧性的影响因素及其作用机制,并考察自尊的中介作用,本研究采用亲子亲密度量表、青少年心理韧性量表和自尊量表对广东省362名小学生进行调查。结果发现:亲子关系、自尊和心理韧性三者之间均呈显著正相关;亲子关系能够正向预测小学生心理韧性;自尊在亲子关系对心理韧性的影响路径中起中介作用。亲密的亲子关系和高水平的自尊能够提升小学生的心理韧性,亲子关系也能通过影响小学生的自尊提升其心理韧性。
