• Abstract: The detection rate of depressive symptoms among adolescents aged 12-18 in China remains high. Existing interventions mostly focus on individuals and schools, while home-school-medical collaboration lacks systematicness. Family system support serves as a key protective factor in adolescent depression intervention, and its collaboration with hospital-based mental health services determines the effectiveness of treatment. Based on literature analysis and logical speculation, this study focuses on the collaborative logic between family system support and mental health services, exploring their core relationship of dynamic interaction and mutual empowerment. It provides professional theoretical support for hospitals to strengthen family system function support, cultivate positive family support capacity, and optimize service models. The study is of great practical significance in enriching the theory of adolescent depression intervention and promoting the transformation of intervention models from “individual treatment” to an integrated “individual + family” approach. 我国12～18岁青少年抑郁症状检出率居高不下，现有干预多聚焦个体与校园，家校医协同缺乏系统性方案。家庭系统支持是青少年抑郁干预的关键保护因素，其与医院心理健康服务的协同程度决定治疗成效。本研究采用文献分析法与逻辑思辨法，聚焦家庭系统支持与心理健康服务的协同逻辑，探究二者动态交互、相互赋能的内在关联，为医院强化家庭系统功能支持、培育家庭积极支持能力、优化服务模式提供专业理论支撑，对丰富青少年抑郁干预理论、推动干预模式从“个体治疗”向“个体+家庭”整合转变具有重要现实意义与实践价值。
