大学生优势使用与心理韧性的关系:学习动机的中介作用

  • Abstract: From the perspective of positive psychology, this study examines the relationship between strength usage and psychological resilience among college students, as well as the mediating effect of academic motivation, a survey was conducted among 332 college students using the Strengths Knowledge and Use Scale, the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents, and the Academic Motivation Scale. The results indicated that: (1) In overall, college students reported moderate to slightly above-average levels of strength usage, psychological resilience, and academic motivation; however, a notable gap was observed between their “knowledge” and “practice” of personal strengths; (2) Strength usage, psychological resilience, and academic motivation were significantly and positively correlated with one another; (3) Academic motivation partially mediated the relationship between strength usage and psychological resilience, with the mediating effect accounting for 11.94% of the total effect. These findings suggest that college students’ strength usage not only directly and positively predicts their psychological resilience but also indirectly enhances resilience through the motivational pathway. This study provides both theoretical and empirical support for universities seeking to develop educational and mental health interventions aimed at improving students’ psychological resilience and stress-coping abilities——interventions that leverage individual strengths and target academic motivation as a key mechanism. 为探讨积极心理学视角下大学生优势使用与心理韧性的关系及学习动机中介机制,本研究采用优势使用量表、青少年心理韧性量表和学习动机量表,对332名在校大学生开展问卷调查。结果发现:(1)大学生优势使用、心理韧性与学习动机总体均处于中等偏上水平,但优势使用存在“知”与“行”不合一的现象;(2)优势使用、心理韧性与学习动机三者间存在两两显著正相关;(3)学习动机在优势使用与心理韧性的关系中起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的11.94%。研究表明,大学生优势使用既可直接正向预测其心理韧性水平,也可通过学习动机的中介路径间接提升心理韧性,为高校开展“以发挥个体优势为基础、以提升学习动机为切入点”提升大学生心理韧性、增强压力应对能力的学业指导与心理健康教育提供了理论依据与实证支持。
