Abstract:
As a non-cognitive component, social-emotional skills are crucial for young people’s educational success, career development, and life satisfaction. This article reviews international research on intervention activities aimed at improving social-emotional skills in young people and concludes that: (1) The duration of the intervention is generally moderate, the type of intervention is mainly integrated, and the content of the intervention focuses on promoting the development of social-emotional skills through an integrated approach. (2) The outcomes of the intervention mainly fall into two categories: first, the improvement of social-emotional skills, which mainly includes self-management, social awareness, and interpersonal skills; and second, the improvement of cognitive functioning and behavior, which mainly occurs at the level of behavioral improvement. Future research could include: introducing longitudinal research designs to investigate the sustainability of intervention outcomes; expanding digital interventions and strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration; and developing multidimensional intervention frameworks for social-emotional skills guided by integrated approaches. Specifically, this includes strengthening weaknesses with the goal of improving overall social-emotional skills.
社会情感能力作为一种非认知因素,对于青少年的学业成就、职业生涯、生活满意度等具有重要意义。本文通过对国际上青少年社会情感能力干预的研究进行梳理发现:(1)干预时长以中期干预较为常见,干预形式以综合干预为主,干预内容则侧重于通过具身方式促进社会情感能力的发展。(2)干预结果分为两大类:一是社会情感能力提升,主要包括自我管理、社会意识和人际关系技能;二是认知与行为改善,集中于行为改善层面。未来研究可从以下方面考虑:引入纵向研究设计以验证干预效果的持续性;重视数字化干预并加强跨部门合作;以具身方式为导向,构建多维的社会情感能力干预框架;针对性强化薄弱环节,全面提升社会情感能力。
