  • Abstract: Objective: To conduct a visual analysis of the relevant literature on children’s attention training using CiteSpace software, summarize the research hotspots and development trends in this field, and provide integrated evidence for the research on children’s attention training. Methods: The data sources were the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and the Web of Science Core Collection databases. CiteSpace software was used to conduct a visual analysis of the literature in this field, including the number of published papers, countries, authors, research institutions, and keywords. Results: In terms of English-language publications, the United States had the highest number of publications, followed by China. The research hotspots focused on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, working memory, executive function, etc. The research showed a bias towards “growth intervention”, with an emphasis on diversified intervention methods such as sports training and neurofeedback. In terms of Chinese-language publications, the cooperation among publishing institutions is limited, exhibiting relatively closed characteristics. The keyword analysis indicated that domestic research mainly focused on case studies, mindfulness training, learning disabilities, etc., with an overall preference for the “pathology-correction” direction. Conclusion: There are significant differences in the research on children’s attention training between domestic and international scholars. It is necessary to strengthen the cooperation among different scholars and research institutions. Domestic research institutions should deepen collaborative innovation with their international counterparts. Future research should focus on the development of digital intervention tools, cross-disciplinary collaborative innovation, and the construction of an ecological intervention system to better support the healthy development of children’s cognition and behavior. 目的:运用CiteSpace软件对儿童注意力训练的相关文献进行可视化分析,总结该领域的研究热点和发展趋势,为儿童注意力训练研究提供整合证据。方法:以中国知网和WebofScience核心合集数据库为数据来源,应用CiteSpace软件对该领域文献的发文数量、国家、作者、研究机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果:从英文发文看,发文最多的是美国,其次是中国。研究热点聚焦于注意缺陷多动障碍、工作记忆、执行功能等,研究呈现“成长干预”偏向,关注运动训练、神经反馈等多元化干预方法。从中文发文看,发文机构合作有限,呈现相对封闭的特征。关键词分析显示国内研究以个案研究、正念训练、学习障碍等为主,整体偏好“病理-矫治”方向。结论:国内外在儿童注意力训练研究领域存在明显差异,应加强不同学者与研究机构之间的合作,国内科研机构需深化与国外同行的协同创新。未来研究应关注数字化干预工具开发、跨学科协同创新及生态化干预体系建设,以更好支持儿童认知与行为的健康发展。
