  • Abstract: Objective: To explore the underlying mechanism through which memorable travel experiences influence junior high school students’ academic self-efficacy, with a particular focus on the mediating roles of family cohesion and meaning in life. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1,319 junior high school students. Validated scales were used to measure key variables, including the Memorable Travel Experiences Scale, Family Cohesion Scale, Meaning in Life Scale, and Academic Self-Efficacy Scale. SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze correlations among variables, and the PROCESS macro (version 4.1) for SPSS was employed to examine the mediating effects of family cohesion and meaning in life. Results: (1) Memorable travel experiences had a significant positive effect on junior high school students’ academic self-efficacy. (2) Both family cohesion and meaning in life played significant mediating roles in the relationship between memorable travel experiences and academic self-efficacy, with family cohesion showing a stronger mediating effect. (3) Family cohesion and meaning in life served a chain mediating role between memorable travel experiences and academic self-efficacy. Conclusion: Memorable travel experiences not only directly predict junior high school students’ academic self-efficacy but also indirectly influence it through the separate and chain mediating effects of family cohesion and meaning in life. This study not only provides empirical evidence for the educational value of travel experiences but also offers practical insights for promoting adolescents’ academic development by optimizing family interaction and meaning-making processes. 目的:探讨难忘旅游体验影响初中生学业自我效能感的内在机制,重点关注家庭亲密度与生命意义感在其中的中介作用。方法:采用问卷调查法,对1319名初中生进行调查。使用经过验证的量表,包括难忘旅游体验量表、家庭亲密度量表、生命意义感量表和学业自我效能感量表测量关键变量。利用SPSS22.0分析各变量相关关系,运用SPSS宏程序PROCESS4.1对家庭亲密度与生命意义感的中介作用进行检验。结果:(1)难忘旅游体验对初中生的学业自我效能感具有显著正向影响;(2)家庭亲密度和生命意义感在难忘旅游体验与学业自我效能感之间均起显著中介作用,其中家庭亲密度的中介效应更强;(3)家庭亲密度与生命意义感在难忘旅游体验和学业自我效能感之间起到链式中介作用。结论:难忘旅游体验不仅直接预测初中生的学业自我效能感,还通过家庭亲密度和生命意义感的单独及链式中介作用间接影响学业自我效能感。研究不仅为理解旅游体验的教育价值提供了实证依据,也为通过优化家庭互动与意义建构来促进青少年学业发展提供了实践启示。
