学习动机和参与度对学习效果的影响——以心理咨询实务课为例

  • Abstract: The practical course of psychological counseling, as the core course of the applied psychology major, its teaching effect directly affects the professional competence of future practitioners. This study analyzed whether students’ learning motivation and participation would affect the learning effect from two perspectives. Data on learning motivation, engagement and learning effect of the students in this major were collected. The results showed that the internal motivation of female students was significantly lower than that of male students, and there were no significant differences between urban and rural areas, or among different grades; learning motivation was significantly positively correlated with engagement, and both were significantly positively correlated with skill acquisition. Learning engagement had a significant predictive effect on learning outcomes (skill acquisition and knowledge application). These findings provide a new basis for the curriculum education reform of psychological counseling courses. 心理咨询实务课程作为应用心理学专业的核心课程,其教学效果直接影响未来从业者的专业胜任力。从学生的学习动机和参与度两个角度分析其是否会影响学习效果,研究收集该专业学生的学习动机、参与度及学习效果数据。结果显示,女生内部动机显著低于男生,城乡、年级差异不显著;学习动机与参与度呈显著正向强相关,二者均与技能掌握显著正相关;学习参与度对于学习效果(技能掌握、知识运用)的预测作用显著。这些发现为心理咨询课程的课程教育改革提供了新依据。
