  • Abstract: The integration of the five educations is an innovative approach to cultivating positive psychological qualities in medical students, breaking through the single model of traditional mental health education. Through moral education to shape character, intellectual education to inspire thought, physical education to strengthen will, aesthetic education to nurture emotions, and labor education to foster practice, it empowers the psychological growth of medical students in a comprehensive and multi-level manner. By grounding in the objectives of medical talent cultivation and continuously deepening the implementation of the five education integration, it can effectively cultivate positive psychological qualities such as resilience, empathy, responsibility, and optimism in medical students, helping them grow into new-era healthcare professionals who are mentally and physically healthy, skilled in both virtue and expertise, and compassionate in heart. 五育融合是医学生积极心理品质培育的创新路径,突破了传统心理健康教育的单一模式,以德育铸魂、智育启思、体育强志、美育润情、劳育笃行,全方位、多层次赋能医学生心理成长。立足医学人才培养目标,持续深化五育融合落地,能够有效培育医学生坚韧、共情、担当、乐观的积极心理品质,助力其成长为身心健全、德技兼备、心怀仁爱的新时代医务工作者。
