孝感市大中小学心理健康教育一体化实施路径研究

  • Abstract: In China, teenagers’mental health problems have featured younger onset ages, growing complexity and normalization in recent years. Promoting the integrated development of mental health education covering primary, secondary and tertiary schools serves as a core strategy for optimizing regional education governance and fostering young talents in the new era. Taking the municipal practical experience of integrated mental health education across primary, secondary and tertiary schools in Xiaogan City of central China as the research sample, this study adopts questionnaire surveys, in-depth interviews, literature analysis and case studies to systematically identify prominent practical dilemmas in municipal integrated construction, including disjointed education across different school stages, unbalanced distribution of educational resources, inefficient collaborative mechanisms and inadequate guarantee systems. Drawing on Xiaogan’s localized practices including the "Sunflower Action", five-color psychological early warning mechanism and collaborative education model of education consortia, this paper constructs a fivedimensional integrated mental health education system featuring aligned educational goals, coherent curricula, jointly trained teaching teams, interconnected psychological services and standardized supporting mechanisms. Six operable implementation paths are put forward: municipal-level overall planning and top-level design, seamless connection among school stages, integrated sharing of educational resources, professional capacity building of teaching staff, collaborative empowerment of families, schools and communities, and digital technology-driven improvement. This research establishes a municipal integrated construction model of mental health education adaptable to thirdand fourth-tier cities. It not only provides practical support for the high-quality development of local mental health education in Xiaogan, but also offers theoretical references and replicable practical experience for other equivalent cities nationwide to advance integrated psychological education covering all school stages. 当前我国青少年心理健康问题呈现低龄化、复杂化、常态化发展特征,推进大中小学心理健康教育一体化建设,是新时代区域教育治理提质、青少年人才培育的核心举措。本研究以中部地区孝感市市域大中小学心理健康教育实践为样本,采用问卷调查、深度访谈、文献分析、个案研究等方法,系统剖析市域心理健康教育一体化建设中存在的学段割裂、资源失衡、协同机制不畅、保障体系不完善等现实困境。立足孝感市“向日葵行动”、五色预警机制、教联体协同育人等本土实践基础,构建“目标贯通、课程衔接、师资共建、服务联动、机制保障”五位一体的心理健康教育一体化体系,提出市级统筹引领、学段无缝衔接、资源整合共享、师资队伍提质、家校社协同赋能、数字技术赋能六大落地实施路径。研究形成适配三四线城市的市域心理健康教育一体化建设范式,可为孝感市心理健康教育高质量发展提供实践支撑,也为国内同类城市推进学段一体化心理育人工作提供理论参考与可复制实践经验。
