• Abstract: In cases of false litigation, the lack of objective evidence often makes case handling and determination difficult. However, to improve the efficiency of handling such cases and ascertain the intent behind the false litigation, psychological testing techniques can be employed on the parties involved. This approach helps clarify the purpose of the false litigation, providing a reliable basis for case processing and for holding the responsible parties legally accountable in accordance with the law. 在虚假诉讼案件中，由于案件客观证据缺乏，案件办理和认定难度较大。为提高虚假诉讼案件的办案效率、查明虚假诉讼目的，可运用心理测试技术对虚假诉讼案件当事人开展心理测试，查清虚假诉讼的目的，为虚假诉讼案件办理提供可靠依据，为依法追究虚假诉讼当事人的法律责任提供依据。
