• 摘要： 高校大学生党建是党的建设的重要组成部分。大学生党支部建设总体向好，但在组织活动载体、活动形式上仍存在不足。本文通过剖析高校大学生党支部当前存在的问题，利用团体辅导的新颖性和有效性，将“幸福党建”元素融入其中，以期改善高校大学生党建工作的不足，实现大学生党建工作的有效改进。
• The party building work of university students is an important part of party building. The construction of the student Party branch has improved in general, but there are still shortcomings in the carrier and form of organizing activities. This paper analyzes the current problems of the student Party branch in universities, and uses the novelty and effectiveness of group counseling to integrate the element of “happy party building” into it, in order to improve the deficiencies of the party building work of university students and realize the effective improvement of the party building work of university students.
