新质生产力视域下地方特色支教课程开发与实践研究

  • Abstract: Under the background of new productive forces, the development of local characteristic supporting education curriculum is one of the important ways to improve rural basic education. The research focuses on the integration of science and technology empowerment and rural culture, activates the internal driving force of the development of rural local characteristic supporting education courses, constructs an interdisciplinary localized characteristic curriculum system, integrates digital technology, rural culture and basic education, and creates an innovative curriculum content system that keeps pace with the times, adapts to local conditions, and is rich in content. Through scene creation and digital technology empowerment, we can change the traditional teaching mode of inculcating knowledge and realize classroom teaching based on real experience, innovative application and cultural identity. Construct the implementation mechanism of the tripartite guarantee curriculum of colleges, families and communities. Practice shows that the system can realize the transformation of students’ learning to innovative application, and promote the development of professional quality and local feelings of the support teaching team. Multiple evaluation provides the basis for the optimization and adjustment of curriculum, reflects the empowerment of educational innovation on rural construction, and provides reference for the construction of rural basic education. 新质生产力背景下,地方特色支教课程开发是改善乡村基础教育的重要路径之一。研究聚焦科技赋能与乡村文化融合,激活乡村地方特色支教课程开发的内在动力,构建跨学科在地化特色课程体系,将数字技术、乡村文化与基础教育深度融合,创建与时俱进、因地制宜、内容丰富的创新课程内容体系。通过场景营造、数字技术赋能,改变传统灌输式知识教学模式,实现基于真实体验、创新应用、文化认同的课堂教学;构建高校、家庭、社区三方协同的课程实施保障机制。实践表明,该体系可实现学生从知识学习到创新应用的转化,促进支教团队专业素养与乡土情怀的协同发展。多元评价为课程的优化调整提供依据,体现教育创新对乡村建设的赋能价值,为乡村基础教育建设提供参考。
