从传统教学到素质教育下的体育教学改革

• 摘要： 通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等，对应试教育向素质教育转变过程中，传统教学模式的改变进行研究。研究结果表明：传统教学模式是按照老套路进行教学，让学生对体育课失去兴趣，没有学生的自主性，而素质教育主要以培养学生终身体育为基础，充分发挥学生在体育课上的主观能动性，让学生对体育课感兴趣，由学会向会学转变。
• Through the methods of documentary, expert interview and logical analysis, this paper studies the change of traditional teaching mode in the process of the transformation from exam-oriented education to quality education. The results show that the traditional teaching mode is to teach according to the old routine, so thatstudents lose interest in physical education, without the autonomy of students, whilequality education is mainly based on the cultivation of students' lifelong physicaleducation, giving full play to students' subjective initiative in physical education, making students interested in physical education, and changing from learning to learning.
