Abstract:
The paper introduces a case of middle school student who appeared
interpersonal avoidance phenomenon, was unwilling to communicate with others,
was considered by the head teacher as social withdrawal and had difficulty in human
communication disorders. In the psychological counseling, the psychological
consultant teacher helped the visitor recall two traumatic events by Erickson hypnosis,
provided understanding and support for his interpersonal avoidance, and further
helped the visitor to construct the future on the premise of respecting the past, so as to
improve his interpersonal skills and adapt to the group life through metaphor.
本文先介绍了一例中学生出现人际回避现象,不愿意与他人交往,被
班主任认为不合群,存在社交障碍。在心理咨询中,通过艾利克森催眠回忆起
来访者的两件创伤性事件,同时对于其人际回避给予理解和支持,并进一步通
过隐喻帮助来访者在尊重过去的前提下建构未来,提升自己的人际交往能力,
从而适应团体生活。
