• 摘要： 现代主义视角下的咨询认为咨询师拥有专业知识，是来访者生活的专家。而叙事心理咨询认为，所谓的专业知识没有特权，来访者才是是自己生活的专家，来访者可以做出与自己期望生活相一致的选择。在这个过程中，咨询师要做的不是告诉来访者什么是对的，而是和来访者共同解构旧的问题叙事，建构新的期望叙事，把当下放在新叙事的某一时间结点上。这样的关系给来访者以力量感，得以面对自己的生活。关系中的信任对在社会中相对弱势的群体有良好的支持，但也有一些局限。
• Consulting from the perspective of modernism holds that consultants have professional knowledge and are experts in visitors' lives. According to narrative psychological counseling, the so-called professional knowledge has no privilege and visitors are the experts of their own life, visitors can make choices consistent with their expected life. In this process, what the consultant should do is not to tell the visitor what is right, but to deconstruct the old problem narrative together with the visitor, construct a new expectation narrative and put the present at a certain time point of the new narrative. This relationship gives visitors a sense of strength to face their own lives.Trust in the relationship has good support for the relatively weak groups in the society, but it also has some limitations.
