• 摘要： 随着社会竞争的加剧，生活状态的日益变化，有越来越多的大学生陷入抑郁情绪、焦躁心境和颓废状态之中，精神疾病人数激增，有自杀体验和自残经历的学生比例大幅提升。本文将从大学生潜在心理危机风险的评估、筛排查和应对方式等几方面进行论述，旨在有效遏制危机事件的发生，尽最大可能的防护学生身心安全，为营造良好的校园环境提出几点参考意见。
• With the aggravation of social competition and the change of living conditions, more and more college students have fallen into depression, anxiety and decadence. the number of mental illness increases sharply, and the proportion of students who have suicide experience or self-mutilation experience increases significantly. This paper will discuss the evaluation, screening and coping methods of potential psychological crisis risks of college students. This paper aims to provide several suggestions about how to effectively curb the occurrence of crisis events, protect the physical and mental safety of students as much as possible, and create a good campus environment.
