• 摘要： 心理咨询在某种意义上是互动的过程。与普通互动不同的是，心理咨询中的互动能够给予来访者更好的疗愈。通过对心理咨询不同流派、技术的分析和归纳，我们认为除了传统意义上人与人之间的 互动外，还存在着人与物、物与物的互动。同时我们强调互动咨询理念是一种“向外看”的观点，即通 过流动的自我与自我之外的良性关系，促成来访者发生积极的改变。“互动”观念虽然尚属于形成阶段， 但仍可以在某种程度上为咨询提供一种新视角。
• In a sense, psychological counseling is an interactive process. Compared to traditional interaction, the interaction in psychological counseling could give clients better curative effect. We believe that the interaction in psychological counseling includes interaction between people, interaction between people and things, and interaction between things by the analysis and induction of different schools and techniques of psychological counseling. At the same time, we emphasize that the concept of interactive consultation philosophy is an "outward-looking" point of view. That is to say，achieving a positive relationship between the changing self and the part outside of self can promote the free and spontaneous improvement of clients. Although the view of interaction is still in its formative stage, to some extent, it may also provide a new perspective for consulting.
