• 摘要： 当事人在早年养育经历中，经常感到自己的需要被否认、被忽视，形成了脆弱的自尊，表现出不切实际的夸大、自恋。这给当事人的情绪情感、亲密关系、学习工作都带来了消极影响。当自尊受到威胁时，当事人情绪崩溃，有自伤行为。咨询师运用以人为中心疗法的理论，以共情理解、真诚一致、无条件积极关注三大助长条件，帮助当事人深入探索、自我接纳。通过16次的咨询，当事人的情绪调节、亲密关系均有很大改善。没有自伤行为。
• In the early years of the client’s upbringing, she often felt that her needs were denied and ignored, forming a fragile self-esteem, showing unrealistic exaggeration and narcissism.This brings a negative impact to her emotion, intimate relationship, study and work of the parties concerned.When the self-esteem is threatened, she feels breaks down and has the behavior of self-injurious.The counselor uses the theory of people-centered therapy to help the client explore deeply and accept herself through the three enabling conditions of empathy, sincerity and Congruence, and unconditional positive regard. After 16 times of consultation, the emotion regulation and intimate relationship of the client have been greatly improved. No self-injurious behavior.
