• 摘要： 由于对心理问题和心理咨询缺乏了解和认识，人们对心理咨询产生很多误解。心理咨询是咨询者改变来访者 心理状态、提高其心理素质的应用科学与技术，既是一门科学，也是一门艺术，是科学性与艺术性的完美结合。认识到心理咨询的科学性与艺术性，有利于人们消除对心理咨询的误解，从而提高个体心理素质、增强学校心理教育、促进社会和谐发展等工作。
• Due to the lack of understanding and awareness of psychological problems and psychological counseling, caused the people have many misconceptions on psychological counseling. Psychological counseling is the application of science and technology to change the psychological state and to improve the psychological quality of client, it is both a science and an art, and is perfect combination of scientificity and artistry. Realizing scientificity and artistry of psychological counseling, is conducive to the elimination of misunderstanding of psychological counseling, thereby improving individual psychological quality, strengthen psychological education in school, and promote the harmonious development of society, etc.
