运用绘画疗法进行心理咨询的一则案例报告 ——图说情绪，画解危机

• 摘要： 绘画疗法是一种从“说心理”到“画心理”的心理咨询方式，不但能快速了解来访者的困惑和需求，还能达到创作即疗愈的效果。本文运用绘画疗法对一名严重心理问题的女大学生进行心理咨询，通过18 次个体咨询，5 次团体辅导，20 余幅画作，帮助来访者处理负性情绪、恢复心理能量，构建合理信念、树立自信，建立良 性的人际交往关系和有效的社会支持系统。文中所用的“心理魔法壶”系列画为笔者首次引入大学生心理咨询，有效地帮助来访者看到了自己的潜能和创造力。咨询结束之后来访者情绪状态明显好转，三个月后回访，来访者自称身心状态良好，对目前的工作、生活都比较满意。
• Painting therapy is a psychological counseling method from “talking psychology” to “painting psychology”. It not only can quickly understand the confusion and needs of visitors, but also can achieve the effect of creating and healing. In this paper, using the painting therapy to a serious psychological problems of female college students’ psychological consultation, through 18 individual counseling, 5 times group guidance, more than 20 paintings, help clients deal with negative emotions and restore mental energy, build reasonable belief, confidence, to establish a good interpersonal relationship and effective social support system. The series of “psychological magic pot” paintings used in the article are the first time that the author introduces psychological counseling to college students, which effectively helps the visitors see their own potential and creativity. After the consultation, the emotional state of the client was significantly improved. After a return visit three months later, the client claimed that she was in good physical and mental state and satisfied with her current work and life.
