Abstract:
To explore the role of hypnosis in increasing the self-esteem of college students, this study used
a mixed-experiment study to select 32 college students in the suggestive group, relaxation group, and
control group, and premeasure, measure and remeasure the level; The difference was significant in the
experimental group, but not in the control group. The difference was significant in the suggestive group
and non- suggestive group of the relaxation group, but the suggestive group was not significant; the results
showed that the group hypnosis has a positive effect on increasing self-esteem of modern college students.
There is no significant difference between suggestive and non- suggestive group, and the effect of nosuggestive
group is more sustained.
为探索催眠是否会对大学生自尊有提升作用,本研究采用混合实验设计,选取实验组1(暗示组)、实验组2(放松组)与对照组各32 名大学生,进行前后重测;经分析,两实验组组内差异显著,对照组组内差异不显著,实验组2(放松组)的前重测组内差异显著,而实验组1(暗示组)不显著;结果表明团体催眠对当代大学生有自尊提高的作用,有暗示与无暗示的作用无显著差异,且无暗示的作用更持久。
