一例运用移空技术消除恐慌、疗愈丧亲创伤的案例报告

• 摘要： 本文是一则运用移空技术消除恐慌、疗愈丧亲创伤的案例报告，来访者对于疫情防控充满警觉，紧张担心、睡眠减少、脾气暴躁，对他人严苛。咨询师主要运用移空技术处理来访者当下的手部胀痛、附体感、担心、沉重感等负性心身感受。咨询后两月随访，来访者又经历疫情防控升级、还遇车祸，其反应平稳、淡定，可见移空疗效稳定切实，来访者也反馈移空技术从“根儿”上疗愈了创伤，目前情绪稳定，内心平静、达到了整体境界的改变。本文就移空技术不仅能消除负性心身感受、疗愈创伤、还能把来访者带到空境、提升生命境界，也提升了心理治疗的深度和高度进行了讨论。
• This is a case report on the use of Yikong skil to eliminate panic and heal bereavement. The visitors are alert, nervous, sleep less, grumpy and critical of others. The consultant mainly uses the Yikong skil to deal with the visitor’s negative psychological and physical feelings, such as the hand pain, the feeling of attachment, the worry, the feeling of heaviness, etc. During a two-month follow-up after consultation, the visitors also experienced an escalation in the prevention and control of the epidemic and were also involved in a car accident. Their response was calm. It was clear that the effect of Yikong skil was stable and practical. The visitors also reported that the Yikong skill had healed the wound from the “root” and that they were currently emotionally stable, inner Peace, to achieve the State of change. In this paper, Yikong skil can not only eliminate negative feelings, heal wounds, but also bring visitors to the Nothingness and enhance the state of life, and enhance the depth and height of psychotherapy.
