Abstract:
This case reports a case of psychological counseling for a college student who suffered from
serious anxiety, depression and social disorder due to interpersonal bullying. Counselors use narrative
therapy, rational-emotive therapy and sand table therapy for psychological counseling. After 12
consultations, the visiting anxiety, depression and other symptoms were basically eliminated, learning and
life back to normal.
本案例报告了一例因高校人际欺凌进而引发严重焦虑、抑郁,并伴有社交障碍的大学生的心理辅导过程。咨询师运用叙事疗法、合理情绪疗法和沙盘疗法对其进行心理辅导。经过12 次咨询,来访的焦虑、抑郁等症状基本消除,学习和生活回归正轨。
