一则运用移空技术处理“痛到无法呼吸”等 诸多早年创伤的案例报告

• 摘要： 本案来访者早年生活艰难流离，所受身心创伤严重，导致长期以来身心分离现象明显。来访时其母病危，来访者经常半夜惊醒，急欲处理负性身心感受。与来访者的咨询持续了三个月（其中4 次访谈和8 次移空治疗）， 8 次移空治疗的疗效均达到临床痊愈或显效，一周随访疗效保持良好。经过移空治疗，来访者的身心状态得到了显著改善，曾经隔离的诸多身心感受逐渐获得连接。在咨询结束前来访者母亲离世，来访者也得到释怀。本文呈现了移空技术治疗的过程并对如何运用移空技术处理早年创伤进行了讨论。
• The client in this case lived a difficult and displaced life in his early years and suffered serious physical and mental trauma, which led to the obvious separation of body and mind for a long time. When he visited, his mother was critically ill, and the visitor often woke up in the middle of the night, anxious to deal with his negative physical and mental feelings.Counselling with the client lasted for three months (including 4 interviews and 8 Yikong skill treatments). All the 8 Yikong skill treatments achieved clinical recovery or improved efficacy, and the efficacy remained good during one-week follow-up.After the treatment of Yikong skill, the visitor’s physical and mental state has been significantly improved, and many once-isolated physical and mental feelings have been gradually connected.The client’s mother died before the consultation was over and the client was relieved.This paper presents the course of the Yikong skill treatment of early trauma and discusses how to use the Yikong skill to treat early trauma.
