一则用移空技术处理因丈夫出轨事件引起负性情绪的案例报告

• 摘要： 本文是一则用移空技术处理因丈夫出轨事件引起负性情绪的案例报告。来访者因为丈夫出轨前来寻求心理咨询，来访者认定应该改变的是丈夫而不是自己。治疗师运用移空技术解决了来访者由于生活事件引起的负性情绪，共做了三次移空治疗：第一次处理了由丈夫出轨引起的伤害感；第二次和第三次处理的是同一个负性情绪，即与该生活事件相关的、日常积累起来的压力感；第三次移空把来访者带到了空境，到了空境之后来访者的状态发生了很大的改变，对同样一个生活事件的态度发生了转变，觉得自己可以有自己的生活，也愿意通过改变自己改善与丈夫的关系。用移空技术直接处理生活事件引发的负性情绪的治疗思路用时短，效果显著。本文对治疗师在做移空治疗的过程中如何把握住移空技术的思路、建立适合做移空治疗的治疗关系进行了反思与讨论。
• This article reports a case dealing with a womans negative emotions result from the derailment of her husband by the application of Yikong skil(Technique of moving symptom-images into nothingness). The client believed it was not herself but her husband that should be responsible for their marriage issues when she firstly came to the psychological counseling. Yikong skill were performed three times in this case; we focused on the hurt feelings caused by the derailment in the first time and the pressure accumulated in the daily life events in the other two times. In the third treatment, the therapist had led the client to the Emptiness, after which the client's mental state and attitude towards life events have changed greatly, she thinks she can own her life and is willing to improve the relationship with her husband by changing herself. Using the Yikong skill to manage negative emotions has proved to be effective and quick. This paper then discusses how therapists could crystallize their thoughts and establish suitable therapeutic relationships in their application of Yikong skill.
