Abstract:
Primary school psychological counselors are faced with children, but to solve the psychological
problems of children is not only a counselor’s duty, but also the need for the joint efforts of families and
schools. Comprehensive case management is based on the recognition of the ability of the clients and the
construction of a client-centered case team. Even for children, SFBT counselors still take the clients as
experts and take the clients’ positions as the center. They help the children to discover which systems and
resources can help them achieve their goals, design schemes with the children as experts, and build an
adequate safety network with the children as the center. This case was a low-grade crisis case, Solutionfocused
brief therapy was used to inspire the child’s inherent strengths and the use of external resources.
Through interviews with the child, with the client information table and counseling feedback table,
parents and the teacher in charge should be brought into the counselors’ team. A home-school safety
support network was established for crisis child case. Through 5 sessions, the crisis of the client was
relieved, the parent-child relationship was significantly improved, and the teacher’s sense of efficacy was
improved.
小学心理咨询师面对的是儿童,但解决儿童的心理问题绝不仅仅是咨询师一个人的工作,而是需要家庭和学校的共同努力。全方位个案管理以承认当事人的能力为基础,建设以当事人为中心的个案团队。就算是针对儿童,SFBT 咨询师仍以当事人为专家角色,以当事人的立场为中心,帮助当事人挖掘哪些系统、资源能够协助他们达到自己的目标,设计以当事人为专家角色的方案,构建以当事人为中心的充分的安全网络。本研究中的当事人为轻度危机个案,我们用焦点解决技术激发当事人内在优势以及可利用的外部资源,通过与当事人的面谈基础上,用来访者信息表和咨询反馈表,将家长和班主任纳入个案团队,建立起儿童危机个案全方位的家校联合安全支持网络。通过5 次咨询,来访者危机解除,亲子关系明显提升,班主任效能感提升。
