一例运用移空技术处理焦虑情绪后口腔溃疡也随之痊愈的案例报告

• 摘要： 本案来访者主诉焦虑情绪严重，并伴有经常性的口腔溃疡。跟来访者共进行了4 次咨询，第1 次初始访谈，第2 次～第4 次做移空治疗。移空疗效为1 次有效、2 次显效。尤其第2 次咨询运用移空技术处理了焦虑情绪后，来访者的口腔溃疡症状也有了很大缓解，后未再复发。本文较完整呈现了3 次移空过程并进行了讨论，并着重从处理焦虑情绪后口腔溃疡也随之痊愈这一角度探讨了心身一体性。
• The client complained of severe anxiety and frequent oral ulcers. Four sessions of consultation were conducted with the client, including the first initial interview and the second to fourth sessions of Yikong Skill. The effect of Yikong Skill was once effective and twice effective. In particular, the patient’s oral ulcer symptoms were greatly alleviated after the second consultation using Yikong Skill to deal with anxiety, and did not recur later. In this paper, three treatments of Yikong Skill are presented and discussed, and the psychosomatic oneness is discussed from the Angle of curing oral ulcer after dealing with anxiety.
