• 摘要： 来访者为大学生，因抑郁发作住院治疗，期间咨询师介入进行心理咨询。跟来访者共进行了6 次咨询，第4次运用移空技术处理了来访者关系问题引发的恐惧情绪，并达到临床痊愈的效果。后对来访者分别进行了1周和7 个月后随访，疗效稳定。本文详细记录了移空治疗的过程，并对案例进行了总体评价。
• The client was a college student who was hospitalized for an episode of depression, during which the writer as a psychologist intervenes for psychological counseling. Six times of consultation were conducted with the client. In the fourth time, Yikong skill was applied to deal with fear caused by the client's relationship problems, and clinical cure was achieved. The patients were followed up after 1 week and 7 months respectively, the curative effect was stable. In this paper, the procedure of the application of Yikong skill is recorded in detail and offered together with a general review.
