一例抑郁状态大学生的心理咨询案例报告

• 摘要： 来访者因自己常无缘无故情绪低落，不愿与人交往、失眠等困扰主动前来寻求心理咨询。咨询师通过倾听、共情与来访者建立良好的咨访关系。咨询师运用意象对话技术指导来访者对消极意象进行修改和调整，并引导来访者想象新的意象，经过6 次咨询，来访者的意象发生了积极的转化，抑郁情绪得到改善，咨询效果良好， 咨询目标基本达成。
• The client came for consultation because of feeling down for no reasons, unwilling to associate with others, insomnia and so on. The counselor established a good consultation relationship with the client through listening and empathy. The counselor applied the imagery dialogue technology to guide the client to modify and adjust the negative images, and guide the client to imagine new images. After six consultations, the client’s images were positively transformed, the depression mood was improved, the effect of counseling was good, the counseling goals have been basically achieved.
