• 摘要： 新冠肺炎不仅是突发公共卫生事件，也是重大心理危机事件，临床医护人员不仅承担高强度救治病患的工作，也面临恐惧、焦虑、躯体化、强迫等身心压力。ＳＦＢＴ模式是一种以当事人为主体 , 发掘其自身资源以构建问题解决之道的心理干预模式。当前疫情下，由于隔离环境的特殊性，充分运用焦点解决技术加强目标导向，正确引导医护人员充分调动自身资源，进行自我关怀，是疫情期间医护人员心理援助工作较为可行的方法之一。
• COVID-19 is not only a public health emergency, but also a major psychological crisis. Clinical medical staff not only undertake the work of treating patients with high intensity, but also face physical and mental pressures such as fear, anxiety, somatization and compulsion. SFBT mode is a psychological intervention mode that takes the parties as the main body and explores their own resources to construct solutions to problems. Under the current epidemic situation, due to the particularity of isolation environment, it is one of the more feasible ways to provide psychological assistance to medical staff during the epidemic to make full use of focus resolution technology to strengthen goal orientation and correctly guide medical staff to fully mobilize their own resources and carry out self-care.
