一例运用移空技术处理头闷、沉的案例报告

• 摘要： 本文是一例运用移空技术处理头闷、沉的案例报告。本次咨询是移空技术线上研习活动的现场案例演示。三调放松后确定来访者的靶症状为头两侧太阳穴感觉 闷、沉。象征物是两个 4 斤重的半透明塑料圆锥体，取出象征物后象征物发生了变化，从塑料圆锥体变成了蔫巴、掉叶的干花，后经过置放和移动，来访者到达空境。靶症状影响度从8分降至0分，达到临床痊愈。本文较详细地呈现了移空操作过程，对本次移空进行了总结，并探讨了具象思维应用水平对移空技术疗效的作用。
• This paper is a case report of the application of Move to Emptiness Technique (MET) to deal with visitor’s stuffy and heavy head. This consultation is a live case demonstration of the online study activity of MET. After the relaxation process, the target symptom of the client was tightness and heaviness of the temples on both sides of the head. The symbolic objects are two translucent plastic cones that weigh 2 kg. Taking out the symbolic objects caused change, they turned into withered and dry flowers from plastic cone. After the placing and moving process, visitor arrived at Psychological empty land. The influence of target symptoms was reduced from 8 points to 0 points, and clinical recovery was achieved. This paper presents the MET operation in detail, summarizes the overall process, and discusses the effect of the application level of concrete thinking on the efficacy of MET.
