- Abstract: Psychological suggestion is a common psychological phenomenon in human beings. Psychological suggestion therapy has become a common in the counseling of psychological treatment technology, in this paper, through the development of psychological suggestion therapy at home and abroad, and analyzing the theory of psychological suggestion therapy integration, technology integration, technical specifications, the progress of the therapy in the future theoretical research and empirical research, technology development, ethical issues were discussed. 暗示是人类常见的一种心理现象。心理暗示疗法已成为心理咨询与治疗中常用的一种心理治疗技术，文章通过梳理心理暗示疗法在国内外的发展历程，分析当 前心理暗示疗法的理论整合、技术整合、技术规范等方面的进展，对该疗法未来的理论研究、实证研究、技术发展、伦理问题进行展望。
