团体绘画心理辅导在心理骨干培训课程中的应用

• 摘要： 心理骨干队伍的建设对于提高大学生心理健康水平，维护校园安全稳定具有重要作用。当前，关于心理骨干的研究主要集中于培训体系建设、培训中存在的问题、培训效果评价等方面。对于课程的具体设置即课程的教学计划、教学方法等研究较少。因此，本文主要探讨团体绘画心理辅导在大学生心理骨干培训课程中的应用及心理骨干在实际生活中如何应用团体绘画开展工作，一方面丰富团体绘画心理辅导的课程理论，另一方面又为实践工作指明思路。
• The construction of a psychological backbone team plays an important role in improving the mental health of college students and maintaining campus safety and stability. At present, the research on psychological backbone mainly focuses on the construction of the training system, the problems existing in training, and the evaluation of training effects. There is less research on the specific setting of the course, that is, the teaching plan and teaching methods of the course. Therefore, this paper mainly explores the application of group painting psychological counseling in the psychological backbone training course of college students and how the psychological backbone applies group painting to carry out work in real life, on the one hand, it enriches the curriculum theory of group painting psychological counseling, and on the other hand, it points out ideas for practical work.
