一则运用移空技术处理死亡恐惧的案例报告

• 摘要： 本文是一则运用移空技术处理死亡恐惧的案例报告。来访者来咨询是因为罹患乳腺癌，对死亡有强烈的恐惧感。咨询师与来访者共做了4次咨询，在第3次运用移空技术处理了来访者害怕死亡的负性情绪，超距移动中来访者到达心理空境，结束后来访者表示“在空里的感受，让我觉得好像从认知到感受层面都有一个很大的转变，说实话，真的没有那么可怕了”，害怕死亡的影响度从10分降至0分，一周随访影响度仍为0分。本文详细记录了移空咨询的操作过程，并对咨询过程进行了总结和反思。
• This paper is a case report on the application of MET to deal with the fear of death. The client came for counseling because she had breast cancer and had a strong fear of death. A total of 4 consultations were conducted. In the third consultation, MET was used to deal with the client’s negative emotion of fear of death. The client reached Psychological Empty Land and enjoyed the experience in the beyond-distance movement. After the session, the client said “The feeling of being in the void makes me feel as if there is a big shift from the cognitive level to the feeling level, and to be honest, it’s really not that scary”. The influence degree of fear of death decreased from 10 to 0, and remained 0 in the one-week follow-up. This paper showed the operation process of MET consultation in detail, then summarized and reflected on the consultation process.
