一例运用移空技术处理患儿发病引起母亲恐惧等情绪的案例报告

• 摘要： 本文来访者是一名母亲，孩子长期患病，有时会急性发作，每次发病就医均让来访者感受到巨大的情绪冲击。最近一次就医结束后，恐惧等复杂情绪依旧影响来访者正常生活。经过一次移空咨询，处理了来访者以恐惧为主的复杂情绪造成的躯体化症状：从胸口到胃堵得慌，影响度从10分降到了1分，达到显效。 移空咨询后，来访者感觉即使再次发生类似情况，也不会对自己产生太大的影响了。本文记录了移空咨询的过程，并进行了反思。
• The client in this paper is a mother whose child has a long-term illness and sometimes had an acute attack. Every time the child got sick, the client felt a huge emotional impact. After the last medical visit, fear and other complex emotions still affected the normal life of the client. After Move to Emptiness Technique (MET) consultation, the somatization symptoms caused by the client’s complex emotions mainly fear were dealt with: the impact of the blockage from chest to stomach reduced from 10 to 1, achieving a significant effect. After the consultation, the client felt that even if the similar situation happened again, it would not have too much influence on her. This paper presents the process of this consultation and reflects on it.
