• 摘要： 本案例基于叙事心理治疗理念，对一名焦虑抑郁情绪女性进行心理治疗。在心理治疗过程，与来访者建立“去中心化、有影响力”的治疗关系，利用解构式倾听与问话松动问题对来访者的钳制，逐步瓦解问题；借助发展故事问话、治疗性信件帮助来访者发展丰厚偏好故事与自我身份认同。
• This case is based on the concept of narrative sychotherapy to treat a female with anxiety and depression. In the psychological treatment process, establish a “de-centered and influential” treatment relationship with client, and adually disintegrate the problem by using the deconstruction technique. With the help of development story questioning and therapeutic letters, client can develop rich preference stories and self-identity.
