Role Conflict and Integration between University Counselors and Psychological Counselors

• 摘要： 当前高校面临学生心理健康需求与咨询服务供给不足的窘境，高校辅导员兼任心理咨询师成为大势所趋。然而现实困惑在于，高校辅导员与心理咨询师角色定位存在差异，在咨询实践中易产生价值、原则、关系、方法四个方面的角色冲突，影响心理咨询实效性。本文分析了思想政治教育与心理咨询的联系、高校辅导员与心理咨询师的角色共性以及辅导员从事心理咨询的两面性，说明二者角色整合的可行性。辅导员界定角色边界、避免双重关系，把握专业能力水平界限，提升心理咨询专业素养与实践能力，推动心理咨询的理念技术融入思 政工作，能有效促进角色整合，为高校学生身心健康保驾护航。
• At present, universities are facing the dilemma of students’ mental health demand and insufficient supply of counseling services. It is a general trend for university counselors to concurrently serve as psychological counselors. However, the practical confusion lies in the difference between the role positioning of university counselors and psychological counselors, which is easy to produce role conflicts in the four aspects of value, principle, relationship and method in the practice of psychological counseling, affecting the effectiveness of psychological counseling. This paper analyzes the connection between ideological and political education and psychological counseling, the commonality of the roles of university counselors and psychological counselors and the duality of the counselors engaged in psychological counseling, and shows the feasibility of the integration of the roles of the two. Counselors define the role boundary, avoid the double relationship, grasp the boundary of professional ability, improve the professional quality and practical ability of psychological counseling, promote the concept and technology of psychological counseling into the ideological and political work, can effectively promote the integration of roles and escort the physical and mental health of college students.
