• 摘要： 自恋是精神分析中一个重要的概念。自恋关联着一个人现在的自尊、理智、行 为、思想、情感与早期的以及当下的客体关系。本文梳理了从弗洛伊德开始把自恋作为一种精神病理现象的观察：历经费伦齐、克莱因的客体关系的角度阐述自恋的发生原因；到雅格布森认为自恋是心理能量向自体表象的投注；再到科胡特创建自体心理学。整理了历史上关于自恋研究的重要观点、贡献及其局限。
• Narcissism is an important concept in psychoanalysis. Narcissism is related to one’s present self-esteem, intellect, behavior, thoughts, emotions, and earlier and present object relationships. This paper reviews the observation of narcissism as a psychopathological phenomenon since Freud. Through the object relations of Ferrenzi and Klein, the causes of narcissism are explained. To Jacobson’s belief that narcissism is the betting of mental energy on self-representation; Kohut’s creation of autopsychology has summarized the important ideas, contributions, and limitations of narcissism research throughout history.
