Abstract:
In order to reduce the appearance anxiety of female college students and promote the development of their mental health, the study used structural mandala as an intervention method to conduct group intervention counseling for 28 female college students who were voluntarily recruited for 6 weeks, and it was found that mandala painting could effectively reduce the anxiety level of female college students with appearance anxiety.
为了减轻女大学生外表焦虑,促进其心理健康的发展,研究采用结构式曼陀罗为干预方法,对自愿招募的28名女大学生进行为期6周的团体干预辅导,结果发现曼陀罗绘画能有效降低外表焦虑女大学生的焦虑水平。
