• 摘要： 后疫情时代，有心理困惑的青少年越来越多。以往成绩非常优秀的孩子在其中占有很大比例，疫情居家学习后，他们出现成绩下滑现象，甚至产生了厌学心理。 探究此心理问题的成因，我们会发现这部分孩子往往是因为成绩的下降，造成自信心的丧失。如以往我们忽略了对孩子学习能力的培养，在疫情“网课”和“双减”政策的双重打击下，这类孩子失去了补课对成绩的输血，呈现出了真实学 习能力下的成绩，出现学习成绩、名次的“滑铁卢”，虚假自信在孩子没有任何心理准备下被无情地撕掉，出现了心理问题——厌学、厌校。传统的咨询技术很难正确评估来访者出现问题的原因以及提供有效的矫正方法。
• In the post-epidemic era, there are more and more teenagers with psychological confusion. Among them, a large proportion are children who used to have excellent grades, and after the epidemic of home learning, their grades have declined, and even they have become tired of school. Exploring the causes of this psychological problem, we will find that these children often lose self-confidence due to the decline in grades. As in the past, we ignored the cultivation of children’s learning ability, under the double blow of the epidemic “online classes” and “double reduction” policies, such children lost the blood transfusion of make-up classes to show the results under the real learning ability, there was a Waterloo of academic performance and ranking, false confidence was ruthlessly torn off without any psychological preparation, and psychological problems appeared school weariness, school weariness. Traditional counseling techniques make it difficult to properly assess the cause of a client’s problems and provide effective corrections.
