• 摘要： 本文是一例运用移空技术处理心慌的案例报告。靶症状为来访者面对周围人的评论时心慌的负性感受，象征物是一面中国大鼓，放在一个紫檀木架上，存想象征物时这面鼓的大小和重量发生了变化。承载物为乐团用的银灰色大箱子。经后续移动，来访者到达心理空境，问题的影响度从8分降至2分。本案例记录了应用移空技术的过程，并对象征物和承载物进行了一些讨论。
• This paper is a case report on the application of MET to deal with palpitation. The target symptom is the negative feeling of panic when the client faces comments of people around him. The symbolic object was a large Chinese drum, which was placed on a red sandalwood frame. The size and weight of the drum changed when doing the imagination. The symbolic carrier was a big silver gray box for the orchestra. After subsequent movement, the client reached psychological empty land and the impact of the target symptom reduced from 8 points to 2 points. This case report documents the process applying MET and gives some discussion of symbolic object and carrier.
