高校学业困难学生积极心理品质培育的机制研究

  • 摘要: 学生学业困难问题是高校人才培养质量的限制因素之一,为降低学业困难问题给学生、家庭、学校乃至社会带来的负面影响,从人本主义视角出发,采用个案研究法,对一名学业困难学生进行6次心理咨询,了解学生学业困难的形成,应对困难的方式;帮助学生转化消极思维,培育积极心理品质,发挥自身潜能, 咨询效果显著。建立高校学业困难学生积极心理品质的培育路径,应注重建立 良好的师生关系,帮助学生面对自身问题,觉察问题背后的积极力量,不断强化积极的心理品质。
  • The problem of students’ academic difficulties is the limiting factor of the quality of talents training in colleges and universities. In order to reduce the negative impact of the problem on students, families, schools and even society, from the perspective of humanism, the case study method is adopted to conduct six psychological consultations on a student with academic difficulties, to understand the formation of students’ academic difficulties and the ways to deal with difficulties. Help students to transform negative thinking, cultivate positive psychological quality, play their own potential, the consultation effect is remarkable. To establish the cultivation path of positive psychological quality of students with academic difficulties in colleges and universities, we should pay attention to the establishment of a good relationship between teachers and students, help students face their own problems, perceive the positive force behind the problems, and constantly strengthen the positive psychological quality.
