• 摘要： 本文是移空技术创始人刘天君教授在新冠疫情期间督导的一例简化移空督导案例报告。督导师运用了移空技术督导所强调的“知、行、意、礼、例”理念对受督者以逐字稿形式呈现的心理咨询全过程进行了督导。本次督导肯定了受督者治疗的疗效，主要对“如何引导象征物”进行了详细指导。指出引导象征物时，治疗师要有目的性地贴合患者的靶症状提问。治疗师需要识别象征物的特征并聚焦于此特征，引导患者对象征物的特征进行深入的具象描述。
• This article is a simplified case report of removal supervision supervised by Professor Liu Tianjun, founder of Move to Emptiness Technique (MET), during the COVID-19 pandemic. The supervisor used the concept of “knowing, doing, meaning, courtesy and example” emphasized by the technical supervision of the displacement technique to supervise the whole process of psychological counseling presented in the form of verbatim draft. This supervision affirmed the therapeutic effect of the supervised person, and mainly gave detailed guidance on “how to guide the symbol”. It is pointed out that when guiding the symbol, the therapist should purposefully fit the target symptom of the patient. The therapist needs to identify and focus on the characteristics of the symbol, and guide the patient to carry out an in-depth concrete description of the characteristics of the symbol.
