一例运用移空技术处理绝望情绪的案例报告

• 摘要： 本文是一例运用移空技术，处理来访者困扰多年的因身处现实困境中出现绝望情绪的案例报告。本案例共进行了3次咨询，分别为初始访谈、移空咨询和随访。在移空咨询后，来访者绝望情绪的影响度分值由10分降为0分，达到临床痊愈；在一周后的随访中，来访者绝望情绪影响度分值为0.5分，疗效保持良好，来访者对现实困境的态度和行为有了很大转变。本文记录了移空咨询的详细过程及咨询师反思。
• This paper is a case report on the use of Move to Emptiness Technique (MET) to deal with the clients who have been troubled for many years because of the despair of being in the real predicament. A total of 3 consultations were conducted in this case, namely initial interview, removal consultation and follow-up. After vacating counseling, the influence of despair decreased from 10 points to 0 points, and clinical recovery was achieved. In the follow-up one week later, the client’s despair influence score was 0.5 points, the curative effect remained good, and the client’s attitude and behavior towards the real predicament had a great change. This paper records the detailed process of removal consultation and the consultant’s reflection.
