亚运会志愿者积极心理感受的质性研究

• 摘要： 摘要：目的：了解亚运会志愿者积极心理感受状况，以了解志愿者在服务过程中所经历的积极心理体验，为提升志愿者服务质量和心理健康提供参考。方法：采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,以目的抽样法抽取浙大城市学院10名不同专业年级志愿者进行半结构式访谈, 根据Colaizzi7步分析法对原始资料进行整理分析。结果：经过比较与归纳突出表现为积极期待、心流体验、自我肯定、社交乐趣、成就获得和使命感强。结论：亚运会志愿者积极心理体验丰富,教育管理者应关注志愿者群体心理健康状况，适当增加志愿者自我肯定和成就感获得的机会，并强化志愿者使命感和社会责任感。
• Objective: To understand the positive psychological feelings of volunteers in the Asian Games, in order to understand the positive psychological experience experienced by volunteers in the service process, and to provide reference for improving the service quality and mental health of volunteers. Methods: The phenomenological research method in qualitative research was used to select 10 volunteers from City College of Zhejiang University with different professional grades for semi-structured interviews with purpose sampling method. The original data were sorted out and analyzed according to Colaizzi 7-step analysis method. Results: Positive expectation, flow experience, self-affirmation, social fun, achievement and sense of mission were prominent in the comparison and induction. Conclusion: Asian Games volunteers have rich positive psychological experience. Education administrators should pay attention to the mental health status of volunteers, appropriately increase the opportunities for volunteers to obtain self-affirmation and sense of achievement, and strengthen volunteers’ sense of mission and social responsibility.
