• 摘要： 高校辅导员担负着开展思想政治教育工作的重要责任。然而，目前高校辅导员思政工作仍存在一些问题。心理治疗领域中“以人为中心疗法”对于高校辅导员思想政治教育工作提供了重要借鉴。本文结合实际，从师生平等关系建构、提供新的教学方法、坚持思政导向等多方面对“以人为中心”疗法融入高校辅导员思想政治教育工作的价值与启示进行论述。
• College counselors bear the important responsibility of carrying out ideological and political education work. However, there are still some problems in the ideological and political work of college counselors at present. The “people-centered therapy” in the field of psychotherapy provides important reference for the ideological and political education work of college counselors. Based on reality, this article discusses the value and inspiration of integrating “people-centered” therapy into the ideological and political education of college counselors from various aspects such as constructing equal relationships between teachers and students, providing new teaching methods, and adhering to ideological and political guidance.
