Abstract:
This study is about application of digital storytelling (DST) in college students’ emotional management. It reveals that the DST is very important in students’ psychological counseling and crisis intervention. By recruiting students to participate in our DST course, to produce and share digital stories of their own, good communication status was established. The results show that: 1. By choosing video tools independently, students can easily get involved and communicate with each other more smoothly; 2. Using digital storytelling can help students to relax; 3. Students can cope with the impact of setbacks with positive attitude; 4. The relationship with family and classmates are getting close, and they cherish present life more.
本研究旨在探讨数字故事(Digitalstorytelling,DST)在大学生情绪管理方面的应用,并揭示其在学生心理辅导和危机干预中的意义。通过公开招募学生参与DST的学习以及后期的数字故事原创制作和分享,在分享各自数字故事的基础上进行交流,结果表明:1.通过自主选择视频制作工具,学生很容易投入状态,学生之间交流更顺畅;2.用数字化讲故事,让学生更能学会放松心情;3.学生能够以积极心态应对挫折带来的影响;4.拉近了与家人、同学之间的交流,更能珍爱现在的生活和珍惜生命。
