Abstract:
This case used cognitive behavioral therapy to provide psychological intervention for a female student who suffered from acute stress reaction after experiencing verbal sexual harassment, with positive results. Through this case, counselors can learn that school counseling is different from clinical counseling, and that the ethical guidelines for counseling should be centered on students. The counseling goals should focus on the student’s holistic development.
本案例采用认知行为疗法,对遭受言语性骚扰后产生急性应激反应的女生进行心理干预,取得了良好的效果。通过本案例的呈现让咨询师感悟到:学校心理咨询应区别于临床心理咨询,在咨询伦理的设置上以学生为中心,在咨询目标的设置上关注学生的全程发展。
